Another Nurtas Adambay film of the comedy genre. Even if Kazakhstani cinematography got to everyone with its comedy films, the film «Akim» can hardly be called cheap comedy.

At first, he tries to avoid this burden, but then seeing the injustice, corruption and suffering of the population because of this, he begins to change the life of the population of the village for the better. And besides, he finds his true love in this village, which opened in him a desire to help others, to take into account the opinions of others, to think about their convenience.
